Tell me your pronouns and I'll tell you mine:)
Those of us, especially in an industry that cares for humans (wait isn't that all the industries?), need to make sure our words always convey the respect that we feel. That means learning and using the right words when talking about people (pronouns). And you can't assume those words by the way someone looks from the outside- it's just not how it works. For me, if you're asking (and you should) - its "THEY/THEM", please. Thanks! Check out the FAQs page for more info on what it means to be nonbinary and how to use the singular "they".
"We should all be eating fruits and vegetables as if our lives depended on it- because they do." - Michael Greger, MD
Dr Greger has literally sorted through EVERY SINGLE scholarly journal article on nutrition so that you don't have to. The consensus? No question: a whole food, plant-based diet. But go check it out for yourself.
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." - Michael Pollan.
The food industry is confusing. Nutrition doesn't need to be. Want help? Ask me! or go check out The Center for Nutrition Studies and Dr. T. Colin Campbell
"Keep the ethical rules, eat the right food, and lose your ego. That's all. You don't have to put your legs behind your head."
Excellent article on Sri Dharma Mittra
Want to REALLY learn about the Chakra system? Which one? Its not so simple, and its not all rainbows. Go check this Sanskrit scholar out.
Looking for me on social media? You won't find me there. Come practice with me in person (!!) in one of my classes or workshops, send me an email or go check out my YouTube channel and make a request for something you'd like to work on!
