Those of us, especially in an industry that cares for humans (wait isn't that all the industries?), need to make sure our words always convey the respect that we feel. That means learning and using the right words when talking about people (pronouns). And you can't assume those words by the way someone looks from the outside- it's just not how it works. For me, if you're asking (and you should) - its "HE/HIM", please. Thanks! Check out the FAQs page for more info on what it means to be transgender.
